This probably won't get answered because I'm bit**ing. I spent days on here answering beta questions for all of you and I have one question I've had to ask 3 times.

Can you edit player equipment in franchise? If so, for all teams? Thanks

No - I can find no way to edit equipment in franchise mode. All you can do (and this is only for your own team) is to assign a jersey number.

So you should get all those neck rolls and shaded visors in place before starting a franchise ...
