37. Been playing since the old "pong" days. I've had it all: pong, intellivision football (Do you old school guys remember the "plays" like 7214, 3613 or 9317?), Mattel Electronic Football (handheld with NO passing game - I don't think I was ever more excited to get a game than that!)

This is a hobby that will, hopefully, last a lifetime. Incidentally, I sometimes take heat from my wife, but deep down she is cool with it. Why? Because she knows that when I'm gaming I'm not out in the "streets" chasing women or something else stupid.

32 years old here. my wife thinks its cute i still play video games espn is great!!!!!!!! big difference from "Super Sunday" & John Madden I on the apple 2c.

Hell yeah... something like this has been long overdue.. all the "old skool gamers chiming in". Alot of gaming forums need discussion like this. No bashing, No flaming, just talking old skool gaming... Why can't we do something like this more often ? It will keep us younger... and hey I look at it this way... if we weren't playing videogames..what would we be doing? Nice thread. I think this one deserves a sticky.....
