You have to control all teams if you use updated rosters

I'm not worried about it personally either, but I can undersatand alot of guys being upset. I hope something can be done via XBL. I'm not sure Sega could take the hit of re-releasing the game and refunding copies if the problem can't be resolved.

Wait.

The only problem here is that the other CPU controlled teams can make up their minds about depth charts? That's what happens in every franchise mode. The roster that is used to start is just that - a start. But then you are competing against other team that can (and will) evaluate their own talent.

I think once Sega releases a roster update and tweaks some ratings, that things may be Ok.

In Madden the first year will stay the same from the Depth Charts that were originally set for that team. I would think it would be more realistic if it would use the currect depth charts for the first season.

Even so.... we should be able to start a franchise controlling all the teams. In the beta there was a assistant coach option where you could set these options PER TEAM. Now if you want to set a team to auto draft in a franchise, it will do it for all the teams.

I don't know man... I guess I'm just picky. I don't want to be going up against Couch, or some other guy that is starting and supposed to be on the bench.

If you are able to look at your talend and adjust your depth chart, shouldn't the other coaches you are "competing" against have the same ability? Shouldn't they be able to run their teams as best they can?

Because if they didn't ... if they allowed inferior players to start ... there would be people with a whole 'nother set of complaints.

I agree man, but I'm just picky when it comes to that. It would be nice if they just would've left the assist. coach options that were in the beta. They were set team by team.

So if I put Q. Carter as teh Dallas QB and save the rosters, the CPU will change that once I start a season ??
