If I adjust team rosters by creating players, adding free agents, and/or making trades, etc. and save the roster file

a) will these roster moves be there when I start a season/franchise. (b) when we download the Official Updated Rosters, will this change all roster moves that I have made... or will it just update the player attributes.

If you make the adjustments and have that roster loaded before you start your franchise, yes it will use it.

The official roster updates will change anything that you've done, it's a separate roster file altogether.

A0 Yes if you SAVE your roster after the changes and then LOAD it prior to the Season/Franchise.

B) It will wipe out all DEFAULT rosters but you can still load your changed ones...just without the updates.
