Penalty Settings

Has anyone found any realistic penalty settings? Settings that give the most realistic quantity of each penalty? Truthfully, I'm just now getting into football so it's hard for me to determine the best setting for each penalty; unlike basketball or baseball, which are two sports that I'm very familar with and can set all settings to get the most realism. So, any tips that will help me, a toddler on the sport of football , will be greatly appreciated.

i left it on default so far, seems pretty good. i may bump them up a bit but so far they have been pretty accurate.

Thanks for responding. I left them on the default settings initially but from what I've been watching of football, it seems like there aren't enough of certain penalties(like holding, clipping, or face mask). For example, I've seen def. pass inteference but not offensive pass inteference. Honestly, I don't know how often that happens in real-life but I would imagine a little more than it is in the game. It just seems like penalties are called very often in football.
