2 player games in franchise ?

Does this game allow 2 players (on opposing teams) to play each other in franchise mode ?

Yes, you can have multiple teams in a franchise and play each other as well, just press start on your game and move the controllers accordingly!

I meant if im only controlling 1 team can I play my franchise game against a second player or is it only 1 player when controlling 1 team?

I thought I read in another thread that you could not. You can have multiple human controlled teams but you have to play all your games against the computer unless your scheduled to play another human controlled team. I'm not to happy about this as we usually controll the opposing team in our franchises. I don't have the game though so maybe someone who has it can shed more light on this.

This is absolutely pathetic on the part of Sega. What were they thinking? that the AI in this game is perfect? Esentially, when you're playing in a franchise with other players, it isn't how good the other human players are , it's good the computer is. That sucks.
