Performance EQ makes all the teams the same talent level. So the Raiders are equal talent as the Bengals.

Challengers team I have no idea what you're talking about.

Challengers team is in the game options menu. I don't have any idea what it does.

Challengers team unlocks a special team consisting of the people who won the Sega challenge last year.
