2nd string QB's, does it make a difference?

I am playing the NFC wildcard game in Madden against the Rams and warner is out but bulger is throwing like a champ, does this happen in ESPN or can you tell the difference?

bulger is pretty good. and yes ratings make a diff in this game.

Well yes they make a difference unless your playing on rookie, well then you could Scramble for 200 yards with Brad Johnson :P.. But Bulger is actually quite good and some lower Rated players can play big too. I have Kevin Garrett come in on Dime and Nickle packages and he got 2 picks for me and is very Aggresive on D, and hes not very highly Rated

I know this is the ESPN Board but I wanted to share something with you.

A couple of days ago I was playing madden (I like both games) when a friend asked me to show him how to use the substitution menu.

So I paused my game and replaced R.Gannon for A.Treu. We then went to get some food. I came back a few hours later and decided to finish my game. I had totaly forgotten I had made the QB switch in the raiders 5 wide formation and ended up using Treu to go 5 for 5 for 76 yards and a TD.

It was to funny.
