Performance EQ?

I'll probably say that's what I thought when I get an answer but can anyone tell me what's performance EQ? Is it like a keep scores close type option?

Re: Performance EQ?

Yeah. In way atleast. I mean what it does is makes both teams equal regardless of rating and gives both teams a shot at winning the game. Now if you turn Performance EQ on and go and throw 6 interceptions you are probably gonna get you backside handed to you. LOL

Re: Performance EQ?

Takes away player ratings. Makes every single team rated exactly the same. It allows sucky teams like say, the Texans to compete with the powerful teams like, I don't know...The Dolphins?

Re: Performance EQ?

So does that mean Jeff Blake becomes Brett Favre? Ooh wait, that DID happen this past Sunday! But seriously, if it "takes away the player's ratings", does everyone have the same speed? I don't get it.... or am I just slow?
