In a perfect world...

Fans of both games will post reasons they like their game of choice for the game itself. Not for how it compares to the other title. Why do we ESPN fans have to tout features of the game in the context of "better than Madden". Why do we Madden fans have to pan ESPN in the context of how it's "not like Madden". Neither of these mindsets make since to me, but I'm sure making a post whining about it all makes little sense too huh?


Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to get at is that both sides need to open their minds and judge each game on it's OWN merit and STOP COMPARING!!! They are both excellent games!
A great prophet once said: "Can't we all just get along!?!?"

This is why I make it a point of praising and/or criticizing EACH game independent of the other. If I've ever done otherwise, it was within the context of the discussion. You know, the discussions I try to avoid. But that's just me.

But this isn't a perfect world is it?
