I'm sorry about this because I had asked for help about the double teaming, but I still get can't it right.

I go to the matchup screen and put a player on a defender and check off the double team box, but then that only switches the defender that was already covering him with the new defender!

please help me...and be patient with me since I asked this before.

Shame on you. Darth Vader should NEVER be seen begging!


But I think that if you check the "double" box then it will only work if there is a player without an assignment. In other words it allow you to just leave a guy uncovered. But the safety is the one who double teams and he'll do so on zones with no one blitzing. (I think).
Now on the "add defender" side of the screen, this is just for assigning a specific defensive player to an offensive one. So you can always have a linebacker, for instance, assigned to a star running back or your shut down corner assigned to their go-to guy.
