How do you get realistic tackle stats??

I play on 6 min quarters and get about 60 plays in while the computer gets about 45 cuz they are slow as hell to hike the ball. they always wait till less than 15 seconds left on the play clock to hike it which is incredibly annoying. i usually get 5 tackles with my top defensive players if they have a really good game they get like 7. i don't want to make the quarters longer cuz then i would get way too many plays.

You must only take like 10 seconds to pick and run your plays. I play on 9 mins and only get around 50-60 plays MAX. Go with longer game times and dont rush. The play clock should be under 20 seconds before you snap every time.
