I've read the entire online manual; tried everything I could find...

I have created and saved a playbook, but no matter what I do, when I start a game, it's using my default playbook!

Since no one else is mentioning this, I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong. PLEASE HELP!

You have to load it each time you load your Franchise.

Then at the team selection screen (where you turn Max. Passing on/off) hit Y (X-box) and switch your playbook for your team.

Look for User playbook.

You actually have to load it before each game. Then press "Y" where you choose your unis to find it. It should be the first playbook right before the 49ers playbook. You can also edit your audibles and substitutions with the same playbook. It's takes all day to do it but worth it. Now VC should make it where it loads automatically with your franchise or make it stick like your depth chart does that way you don't have to load it before every game.
