They were using it to show plays from todays real NFL games. Has anyone seen this before?

I glad to hear they're doing it but no. It should help sell some more copies.

Did they use First Person Football view in it?

No it was regular mode. When they exited from that part of the show though i didnt hear them mention that it was ESPn, just that it was from real plays that day. Maybe they talked about the fact that it was ESPN when they began the segment.

Tape ESPN News on Monday. Eric Allen uses ESPN Football for some play demonstrations and usually gives the game some run.
