Eagles have a HB pass out of the I Form that I've found some success with. The trick is to throw to the FB - the LBs have bit on the HB, and the FB should be clear. If you try to throw to the WRs (at least with Staley), you'll do a strange hop-up-and-throw animation that will get you killed.

I'll try that, usually I never even get the pass off because the running back takes so long to get rid of a 10 yard pass.
