I still think it would be cool to have a few 12 men on the field..illegal substitution...things like...very random..but in there nonetheless

Yeah, as long as you can turn these "random" penalties off, or have them set as sliders, I think it's okay.

All penalties are really kind of random, meaning the AI controlled players commit them. I mean, besides pass interference, how many penalties has the guy you've been controlling been called for?
