Whats all the fuss about the running game?

I'm one of those people who don't wanna touch the sliders as well. I'm determined to stop the run and win games on default Legend level. Needless to say it's about 40 games and counting Every running back runs for 150+ yards a game on me and i don't call too many blitzes either. I call every zone imaginable, try every shift...nothing works, but i've made it a personal challenge so i'm gonna stick with it. Frustrating , yes , but it's no threat to my mental health fortunately.

I'm in the same boat...I just upped the difficulty in my franchise to LEGEND. I've won 2 out of seven games so far. I think the key is knowing your strengths/weaknesses and drawing your gameplan from there.(I play with the Bears ,so I know) If you have a talented secondary then I would try mainly man defenses and bringing up LB's to stop the run. If your D line or LB's are good then zones may work better. Blitzes are always a crap shoot.
