can anyone be happy in the football gaming world????

when madden came out everyone complained about the passing.
when espn came out everyone complained about the running.

for success both games need the gamer to unlearn what they used to do and learn how to use the new style.

maddens game required severe slider tweaking i admit to get the passing to work and espn nowhere near as much, but the biggest problem is that people claim they want realism but realism without sucking and losing.

so instead of running here and posting "I QUIT" "WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO HAVE SUCCESS!!!???" spend that valuable time playing and discovering the game needs YOU, the gamer, to play better.

I had a 65-70% completion on madden with few picks and i have no trouble stopping the run in espn. yes they break tackles but it's always my fault.

I'm REAL happy with my game of choice this year. In fact, its the best football game I've ever played, and I can't wait to see what they do next year. In the meantime, I'll be playing this year's game well into January (and probably beyond...so long as the Steelers have a good year in real life). If they tank, I'll probably turn to hockey/baseball.
