Like if i wanted to see who the fastest player on the game was or who was the strongest or who has the best break tackle rating.

Not that I've seen... although there may be a way that I don't know of.

One possible way may be if you can take the original rosters and dump them all into a draft pool before starting?

There's an idea that I've not tried.
