how do you download the new roster for the espn2k5 football for playstation 2

you need to get it from nfl2k5rosters.com and use a transfer device to put it on your memory card. i used codebreaker.

I picked up a PS3/PS2 Memory card adaptor.. Has anyone used this and how do I get the rosters from the pc editor TO the PS2? I know ofcourse I have to load a roster into the card adaptor but HOW??
