evaluated rookies in my pre-season

i like how you can have more than the maximum players during pre-season (if you are under the cap)and have to cut some to start the season. i played a 5 min game just to evaluate my rookies. i had one player over the mimnimum and so the rookie kicker gets cut. he missed way short on two 52 yarders. my rookie 5th round WR caught everything. and my 6th round LB made some tackles and showed catch up speed.

i did learn another reason why people cant stop the run. if your players arent good you will get run all over. i got torched by shaun alexander for over 220 yards. it was mostly on big plays. i really stop the run with my starters. i used nole fans sliders but i am going to have to increase the run significantly. legend here i come.
