Online Problem please help

i have won so many games playin this game online but dam im still getting the same problem when after u finish a game online when u want to go back to the main online menu, it freezes. i have to turn off my xbox and turn it back on. its getting frustating because i want my record to go up and it doesnt. i have tried turning off the surround sound system, nothin same thing. if any one has any suggestions please help...

Did you change the sound settings via the XBOX dashboard or are you just turning of your sound system? The change has to be made in the dashboard

so that means every time i want to play online i gotta set it so it doesnt support dolby digital, but it sucks cuz then i wanna play with friends and stuff i gotta be putting it back to dolby well thanx for the help
