do wr's ever jump up to grab the ball in this game? i havent seen it.

LOL I don't know but I went back to trying out NFL 2K2 today, and they did just TONS of arcadey moves... boy were the player models way off also.

I LOVE ESPN Football!

Wait, actually I have seen leaping catches. Many of the sideline animations are leaps also.

I had Charles Rogers jump up, trying to keep his feet in-bounds just today. It was kind of a vertical leap to snatch the ball before the free saftey. The pass was on a lob.

i am talking about whenever u throw it in the air and they jump over the cb and snatch it over them.

not sure, but i think if you switch control to the WR after throwing the pass, charge up the receiver and hit Y he will jump. i haven't done it myself, but i've seen ppl do it to me online.

Then you must not be playing. The Wrs definitely Jump to make catches.

This happens all the time when i lob the pass to moss, i got a couple of replays save showing this
