The kick returns are only fast to those not playing. Everything is slowed down when you are playing. The other game I won't mention is still booty.

The same camera angle used in a certain other game I won't mention (heh) shows it how it should look. ESPNs is just too leisurely in this aspect of the game is all.

Re: Kick returns

But some starters on your kickoff team this will stop the computer from starting on the 40. The computers average starting position with me is between the 25-30 yard line.

Re: Kick returns

I've tried everything suggested and still can't fix it. I guess it's just messed up and can't be fixed.

How deep are you kicking? The Cpu almost never gets past the 35 on me? Usually between 20-30. Of course they occasionally break one.

Re: Kick returns

I noticed this the day I bought the game, and it's almost as bad as the drop catch from 2K3. NFL 2k3 had this aspect done perfectly. Maybe it's because of the hybrid momentum/2k physics(exaggerrated speed for ball carrier) combined with the piss-poor pursuit angles the entire defense takes, and there you have it. Online I'll bust a return untouched almost once a game with the then 40 something rated tony fisher.
