i think the combine is okay, but the draft needs some work.

the ideas are great but the way they are exicuted are a little weak. they need a better interface. its really hard to find anything. the three computers are confusing cause i cant figure out what is on each one. i also want to know what pick i am in the current round. it should also go a little slower when simulating the rounds cause i want to see who the other teams pick.

It would be nice to see the players you give points to do drills.

My only gripe about the draft is the rookie player equipment. I have some players that look crazy with mix match everything.

I'd like to see even a round suggestion like rounds 3-6, it can be a big range, but at least give you an idea where someone should go. I felt a little too not in control, just guessing on some players. I know you don't know everything in the real draft, but I'd like a suggested round number, even if teams don't follow it, just a general idea of talent.

what VC needs to do is allow us to have a scout that gives you some views on players from week 8 on. you shoud be able to tell him to look for a position and he scouts 4 or 5 players for you.
scouting goes on all year. not just at the combine.

round projections would be nice, but in madden everybody was projected to go no later than the 3rd round it seemed. i like the fact that the espn teams draft according to need rather than highest available player. previous games ended up with teams having 7 fullbacks or 8 qbs.

This is what I absolutely love about the draft in this game.

As for the combine. I like that continual scouting idea, radja. That'd be pretty tight!

Yeah, the draft was great overall. I'm not sure exactly what would make scouting better, but we just need a little more information for each player, and then get a lot more if you scout them maybe? I just ended up drafting the best player available in the position I was targeting that round a lot (except for the first couple, where I had people scouted well).
