Defensive Reads By Position

This is for anyone who doesn't know the reads that each position must make on D.

I knew the DL reads cause that is what I played in school but you gotta use a LB to really stop the run in this game. This info is gonna open up the game sooooooo much for me.

Defensive Reads By Position

Knowing who to check for to know what the play is is gonna make Defense so much fun that I may just coach Offense and play D.

Looks like I won't be playing with a MLB. They have 2 much to do. My brain doesn't work that fast.

These are the MLB's read in order

1. Guards
2. fullback/nearside back
3. tailback
4. QB

I will prolly go with the outside backer who only has

1. Tightend and fullback

I don't agree I use the d-end and stop the run fine. I have to make some shifts but I shut it down most of the time. You want get to much over a 100 yards on a bad day against me.

I have been experimenting with the DTs as that is the position that I know the ins and outs of and you can do more from there than I thought. Couple that with the fact that I only control one guy for the entire play unless they are about to break a long one then I gotta step up to the plate. I kinda feel cheap doing that though because my defense was out of position and should get scored on but they didn't because I saved the TD.

Oh well.
