I took the intro, changed it around a bit and also added in clips from trailers and gameplay that I tried to sync to the music.

A simple glance at the duration of the video (nearly 3 minutes) and a glance at the duration of the actual ESPN 2k5 intro's length (1 minute long) should have made it immediatly obvious to everyone watching that the video was not just 'music over the 2k5 intro'. I guess with every case there are exceptions..

The problem is, is that you took footage that people have seen over and over again, so you're losing out on originality.
