Can i switch teams in Franchise Mode?

Ok, been with the eagles for 4 years now and I'd like to play as another team either with Coach reid quitting and going to another team or just picking up a new team. Is there anyway to switch to another team without starting back to the year 2003/ I hope so..thanks

unfortunatly, no.

that's one of those things that VC's gonna have to work on for next year. it would be kinda cool if there were some more politics involved. like your contract expiring & the owner offering you more $, even power, like a GM position. just my 2 cents.

Not in the game I don't believe but I do think FlyingFinn (ESPN NHL PC Editor creator) said it could be done through "other techniques", at least for the XBox version. He said he started work on a PC Editor for ESPN NFL as well.

Anyone Know of those other techniques or who Flinn is so I can ask him. Thanks for the help so far. I really like this game but man that just sucks i can't swithc teams. I'm surprised more people didn't say something about it.
