Need Help On Legend Mode

recently i decided to play on legend mode, all-star is still a little too easy for me, but the problem is I CAN'T WIN AT ALL IN LEGEND, well im not surprise but its just crazy. It's actually funner in this mode but the 1 thing that's just crazy is the cpu's running game, they always get over 200yrd on me, it dosent matter what play i choose, basically it dosent matter they'll just break every tackle...i dont use sliders, i wanna work on my crib unlockables.so i need some serious help, i play on fast [if that matters], use titans [franchise], bear,goaline,3-4,4-3, none works, is there a certain type of position to control that help stop the run? [ i control the fs]...any help would be appreciated
