New Graphics Engine to be shown Friday?

Madden doesn't show off cleats, fever doesn't show off cleats, gameday doesn't show off cleats. There are much more things to show off and that's exactly what vc did. Who the hell cares about some cleats?

It adds adds another layer of "realism" to the game from a visual standpoint. If one doesn't have an eye for that sort of thing I can see why one wouldn't care. I will put it to you this way. Take the racing game Project Gotham. Let's say all of the cars had bright yellow tires. Would that take away from the playability of the game? Of course not, but it would lose a certain level of realism. The cars still look like cars but that overall look would be thrown off by the yellow tires. Of course the look of the cleats isn't that drastic, but as a graphic whore who pays attention to detail, I wish they would address it..

Yea and I'm a graphics whore,lol. I liked the cleats in 2K3 but those cleats they have in 2K4 are ugly I have to admit. I dont know why Sega took out the other ones. Ahh well I still LOVED ESPN but you know we all have wishes.

Actually in NFL 2k3 there was a turf shoe modeled after nike turf shoe but it just didn't have the swoosh.
