Guys, i downloaded the latest nfl 2k5 roster update, used the editor, everything seems good but one issue. I can't save the changes i make at all, it crashes if i do or it does not show the save icon at all? I have been looking around for help, any help will be appreciated.

Are you using the latest editor version? Any errors or just a straight crash?

i am using the latest, i downloaded the new roster, once i use it, and once it loads it tries to save, it crashes Instantly. It just says program stopped working, it is working now...sometimes. Using the same files i can save sometimes but it sometimes corrupts the file and i have to re download it.

is there any solution to this yet, im having the same problem, everytime i go to save my changes it crashes and then corrupts my downloaded roster. ive tried with several different rosters and same thing happens

cant save either, need some help. my APF2k8 editor works perfect, but cant seem to get 2k5 to save anything on the zip files

I decided to use a fresh roster file. It worked for a few saves went back a day later to mod a few other players and it wouldn't save any more changes.

Its like if the zip file bricks after a while.

I think the copy of FinEditor 4.0 I have [from 2kroster.com] is corrupting the saves or is pretty unstable.

I've had problems on both win 7 and 8.1... Any fixes or workarounds?

Somebody help i dont wanna go back to madden! again!

Sent you message on possible fixes. I downloaded a file that works from this August and I fixed another from September. I haven't had a chance to really dig into either but the August file seems farther along.

hey thanks for the reply. I was trying to set up a franchise also to play from 2005 to present if i can make it that far.

Has anybody had any luck editing multiple draft classes?
