Chicago here... right off Harlem Ave. at the 90 expressway... I work out in Elk Grove Village... small world...

I cannot wait for this game... but I am enjoying the spring/summer with the wife and daughter... and softball 2-3 nights a week...

Ah yes Graphik. I said after the first Football Friday that I wouldn't watch anymore vids but at the time I had forgotten about football Fridays. After watching the most recent vids of the Sportscenter and that Chiefs-Broncos, how can I stop now?

Yes, it was that Sportcenter halftime show. I saw that and I could'nt control myself. I have'nt really watched many other vids, only the ones on OS. But thats serious. I swore that was a real game highlight they showed.

BTW, I stay out in Brookfield. Work in downtown Chicago for all you Illinois folks here.

Yeah halftime is all love, feel sorry for the PS2-only w/o HDD. Snapshots don't cut it this year.

Chicago South side here. Right by the lake and Lake Shore Drive.

Ummm the game looks great and I cant wait, but come on you didnt really mistake it for a real game, it does not look that great. I always laugh when someone posts " WOW my dad came in and actually thought I was watching a game".

Watch the halftime show(vid #9) and tell me that does'nt look as real as it gets. I'm not talking about the actual gameplay. I'm talking about the video highlights without all the icons filling the screen and all. The game looked real.

If you already KNOW its a game and have played it to where you can easily recognize unrealistic details like the strides not being quite long enough, arms being too short etc...then yeah its hard to mistake it for real-life.

But if a non-gamer walks by, with no expectation of a video game looking that sharp an detailed like 2K on demo mode, then MANY people think its actually a live broadcast for a moment or two. My father said it, and I heard it at LEAST a dozen times while I was working at a game store when the DC dropped.

Stand off to the side of your TV and watch ESPN in demo mode and you'll get the effect I'm talking about. You won't be able to make out the fine detail, and it'll look like a real game.
