right analog "qb evade" option, imporved running game and d-back play. I would love to see a new passing concept i.e. Microsoft's "read and lead" but I know that's never going to happen.

Seriously, probably the beefed-up franchise mode (especially the weekly preparation and real NFL coach VIP settings) has me the most stoked.
