I can't believe how much you guys are into this video . With the exception

of the snap of the ballwhich is definitely a realistic animation, the rest

of the games animations look like a bowl of crap. The upright running is hilarious to

look at and the lip syncing with boomer and suzy is horrible. Not to mention

the fact that Daunte sounded a lot more like randy than Daunte. Now, I'm not

trying to knock NFL2k5 because the fact that they even include postgame

highlights and interviews is a great idea, however the way in which it is

implemented sucks. I'm a madden fan but with all the recent hype I couldn't

help but be swayed towards 2K, the graphics are great but animations don't

come close to Maddens. This game has a load of potential but it also

has a LONG way to go before beating an Empire!

Well, thats your opinion! Alot of gamers believe the opposite as well as myself.

VC has done a really good job this year with the running; even though, they still have room for improvement. While adding Boomer and Suzy really is a good idea, like you, i also believe that they need to iron out the lip syncing and audio to improve the overall quality of the pre/post game feature.

Nice idea, great set up, poor exaction! Hopefully VC will iron things out abit

Once again, your opinion.

Alot of gamers believe ESPN football already plays an overall more realistic simulation than Madden. You really should be more specific when making statements such as this one. Give us reasons so we can try to understand where your coming from instead of assuming that your trolling...hint Clay's picture.

Re: IGN POTD

Here is my only complaint. I think the players should sound somewhat tired after the game. Daunte sounded pumped.

But I WOULD hope that the AI tries some trick plays once in a while in 2k5. The way 2k4 is, I am lucky if I see one fake punt by the AI a season. I would love to see more surprise trick plays by the AI. It would make it feel more human and unpredictable.

The VIP should take care of that. Plus you can always play VIPs of other human friends when they aren't around. VIP is like the best thing about this game to me it is the most revolutionary thing since online gaming. Its like can't get a game with a frined or online just pop in the VIP of someone and there you go. If it works like every one who has played it says it does this will be great.

Re: IGN POTD

lol...so i guess i gotta explain this again

go outside and run down your block...do you tilt your body forward...no you do not

the running animation is fine...what i fine funny is how nobody complains how in madden that dont "bendover while running", but yet claim they ea's is better than VC's
