A little help with Xbox Soundtracks from burned cds.....

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster....

I'm pretty frustrated...i know some of the xbox drives don't read cdrs, so what i did is i went out and bought cdrws, thinking this would work...i used i-tunes to d/l some music for my 2k5 soundtrack and used itunes to burn the cd...my question is-does anyone know if i-tunes uses a format that the xbox would not recognize? because the message i get is that usual "xbox does not recognize this disc...make sure it is an xbox gam, dvd, cd, etc". does anyone else use itunes? if so is there a way to make this work? so if anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys

Some people have mentioned that if you're having problems like this to go out and buy MTV Music Maker (I think that's what it's called). It allows you to rip CD's into your XBOX. I haven't tried it myself but maybe you can look into that.

With the Music Mixer I believe if you are hooked up to your computer via network, you can just send the songs to your HD.

I can help you out about the Xbox Music Maker, which I bought since my Xbox also doesn't read CD-R or CD-R/W disks.

You can get it for $20, and it is worth it since ESPN is only $19.99.

It is simple to transfer and a plus is that all your songs remain named and are not just called "Track 1", etc. I would probably get it if I were you. Any other questions I can answer.
