That has to be the cheapest way of reviewing a game I've seen. How's about going into a little more of the graphical differences between the Xbox and PS2? The only thing they said was the framerate stutters a little more on the PS2. Come on guys, tighten up!

Re: IGN PS2 Review

Well its official I was gonna buy an X-box. But it seems that the PS2 is not far behind at all. Just save my money for the next gen system then you will really see a graphic difference.

Re: IGN PS2 Review

First of all its "Xbox" not "X-box." And when a game is developed for the xbox, there is a big difference in graphics.

Not to mention all of the bonuses xbox owners get with 2K5, playing our own songs during games, video highlights instead of pics, and an overall better gaming experience.

Geez, you guys need to relax about the PS2, sure the xbox has more power, but the graphic difference is not that big. You guys act like the PS2 is = to an Atari 2600. The xbox has a very ageing Geforce 3 chip in it. When you think about it both consoles are showing there age.

But its all good, because if ESPN can make this game look that good on both systems, than Madden has to be far behind in my opinion. Just imagine if ESPN can get the majority of the PS2 fan base, now you are talking about some impressing sales figures.
