Question for Steve and the Franchise Mode?

Since you have the beta copy, could you please answer me this question? In the game you are playing are you permitted to take more than one (human controlled team) through or into the franchise mode? My brother and I would pick one team, one from each Conference and then we would start a fantasy draft. Once the draft was over we would then make ourselves up to be placed on our respective teams. Then we would do the trades, adjust the rosters, do the training, and then play each other's game all in the same franchise. Is it possible to do all this (al-la Madden) without having any drawbacks from what I listed above? Is there anything your not allowed to do in the 2 player mode? Thanks, I will wait for an answer.
