Picked up the sunday paper, where is this game?

When I got my sunday paper I went to all the electronics store ads as usual just to see If 2k5 would be getting any luv, and I was actually a little surprised that in neither best buy or circuit citys ads did it mention anything about the game. Now I know that the anouncement of the july 21 release date wasn't too long ago you would think that they would still manage too at least mention that the game was coming out...of course there was ncaa splashed over both ads and cc even was running the free controller with purchase. Ooooh boy, I spend $50 bucks on a recycled roster update and get a free controller? How about advertising the BEST GODDAMN COMPETITION THAT MADDEN HAS EVER SEEN for how much you say???? 20 bucks, now thats a deal that will get people into the stores......

actually, ads like best buy and circuit city will be made 3-4 months in advance, so im not surpised that they arent advoed.

it's because the game's release date was changed to an earlier date, didn't have time to update their ads. Word of mouth will do well
