ESPN was rated 8.5 8.5 8.0
Madden was rated 9.0 9.5 9.0
The consensus opinion was that Madden played much better than ESPN this year and that there were too many dropped passes in ESPN. They all agreed that ESPN had the better presentation.I apologize if this is old news.

They also said that Madden's graphics were better. That alone kills their credibility. Last year they reviewed ESPN at least 3 months before it came out. They prefer Madden and that is all.

You know what..There are a lot of websites that refuse to give espn the nod...For whatever reason I don't know...There are alot of ea players and that's just the way it is..It's the household name and all the websites and Madden fans refuse to give Espn the good word....I really don't give a darn, because I know I'm playing the best game and I for one are glad I found the 2k series..It's the best switch I have ever made!!

True...But my point was there are alot of people that will not give espn the time of day...I agree with you that they enjoy madden but some hardcore madden fans refuse to give this a shot...With that being said, Whatever you choose to play have fun...It's VIDEOGAMES and gawd I love em

the funniest part of ANY football review anywhere is the claim that Madden's graphics any year are better than the 2K series.

Flat out ridiculous. Period. End of story. I'll argue anything one way or another. I can truly see people preferring Madden over ESPN overall. It's a apples versus oranges thing. Two VERY good games overall.

But graphics, it's not even close. It's like comparing ESPN to tecmo bown. It's just a no-brainer.

Anyway..................
