Quit hiding behind that. You've set out to annoy people and you know it. Here's the thing...you've expressed your opinion already. How many times are you going to express the SAME negative opinion in the ESPN forums?

I've done no such thing, and for you to claim that is both infantile and counterproductive to what a GAMING FORUM is all about. Grow up.

complaints or no complaints.... 20 bucks is an unbelieveable price tag for a game on this generation of consoles. and the product delivers a deep game with alot of features. its not like its some second hand game that was released at a low price.

are you actually saying ESPN NFL 2K5 is not a good product? i don`t think too many people would agree with that.

Well, after 5 days with the game, I can say without conviction that I wished OS would hold off on being one of the first to review a game just to be the first. Much like with the review for MVP, ESPN 2K5 is vastly overrated (unless your rating is based solely on the game only costing 20 bucks). I'm sick of the bugs, sick of the lousy franchise mode, and sick to death of the dropped online games. Not to mention the horrible framerate in bad weather/night games. 20 bucks is still 20 bucks, and I don't think a game as buggy as this is worth a nickel.

As a matter of fact I think this game has relatively low bugs compared to:
1-MVP Baseball-The king of buggy sports games
2-NBA Live 2004-Framerate Issues 2004
3-ESPN Basketball-You win the finals and give it to the computer
4-Madden 2004-Draft classes, depth chart, Packers moving every year in Owners Mode, coverages not working at all
5-ESPN NHL Hockey-nuff said
6-All Star Baseball
7-NCAA Football 2005

Bottom line, games will always have bugs!!!

you got a good point! and ohhh my god, don`t get me started on all star baseball... you want to play a bug filled game? play ASB 2005.

Remember that it's a two way street, Fella. Why can't people express their opinions and ideas about yours? You said buggy....someone said not buggy....you said guess I can't state my opinion.

Sack up.

Re: Our ESPN NFL 2K5 Review

I love the game soooo much I want everyone to love it. But it's like if I have steak and you love spam, then so be it, you just won't experience steak.

ESPN is bar none the best football game period! The franchise mode is off the meter. Gameplay issues can be solved with sliders, but other than that, I simply have not played a better game to date!!!!!
