I've got a ? about the game settings?

I can't have this question answered in the FAQ forum so I will make my own thread up. My question is this:

In the game options screen what is the Coach Mode and EQ Performance? How does it work? By switching them from on to off, how does the franchise run differently?( if it does at all )Thanks

I can answer one of my own questions. The Coch Mode is this: Whichever team you choose all your aloud to do is call the plays for offense and defense. There is no actual playing of the game in this mode. Now all I need is the other question answered.

The EQ performance is basically a play equalizer... if your team is more or less talented than your opponents, the game supposedly makes it more even, regardless of the ratings.
I suppose one way of thinking of it, would be a sort of rubber-band A.I. skill helper that you can turn on or off.
