I don't have any hard evidence but I think you need to make sure to include either some time off or some light stretching for all your players.

I have tried the first post on the settings and it had no time off and my players seem well prepared but poorly focused.

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

Did someone come up with a schedule for after a loss or is that schedule universal minus some changes to the meeting?

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

Do the weekly prep rating changes stay in place after the week is over. Meaning can a player keep going down .

Try making the mood moderately happy, or leaning more on the angry side, depending on how your last game was. That should help balance the two.

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

thanks for the tips guys, ive yet to put them in action, but hopefully i can get some nice gains for my SS and FS contingent, along with my HBs which need some help (cory dillon is injured, so faulk is starting for my pats).

I generally use the same preset every week, and adjust the coaching options, or focus on certain posiitons depending on scouting.

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

I've enjoyed messing with this weekly prep, but does it always disappear after a season? I really wish you could save a routine and then call them up...a regimen "playbook"...

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

What seems to be the best areas to work for your D-line? I've been getting pretty decent results for most of my players, but my line seems to go down every week.
