I have downloaded some files but cant figure out how to play them? Please help.

After you select the teams you go to the option screen (same place you change weather and time of day). On that screen you should see a VIP menu on the left with an icon of your VIP and the coaches VIP on the right. When you click it you will get a menu of all the VIPs (coaches included) to select from. Just pick the one you downloaded.

go to the load/save screen and choose load. You will see all the vips you have downloaded. It lets you load one of them at a time to play against or look at.
