Success of Onside Kick

Okay, the CPU has attempted 5 onside kicks, 4 of which they have recovered. Each time I was had the onside kick formation and it did nothing (the only time it didnt work was because they didnt kick it 10 yards both times, so in reality, I havent recovered one yet). Does anyone else have this problem? And is there really anything that I can do about it? In other games I've played, they just pretty much recovered it on their own.

I really need help because I dont want a team to come back just because of onside kicks!

I feel your pain. I was playing Jamie Kennedy's VIP and I was killin him 28-7, anyway he scored on the field goal and it was 28-10, he kicked the onside kick and recovered it. I don't know why he got it either. Needless to say, i beat him 35-10

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you're worried about them coming back, then you aren't a very good gamer

All that needs to happen is I am up 14, they score a TD, get a cheap onside kick recovery, then a cheap score and its tied.

I am not worried about them onside kicking it from 28 points down

The CPU has onsided on me 2 times, they got one and almost got the other. Obviously too few to be concerned about, but I did raise an eyebrow.

Perhaps there are somethings that we need to do to recover....I mean in most football games, I usually pick onside recover and let the CPU take over.

THe CPU has recovered 2 out of 5 on me. What's the league success rate-10%?

i am okay with 10-15%...20% is too high

I agree that it may not be exactly realistic to league averages but being a video game and all it has to have a fun factor (the possibility of keeping it close even if you're kicking azz) some way.
