Injury and Fumble settings

I would like some ideas on what other player's like you guys here at the site have for your injury and fumble slider settings? I have the fumble set at +25(this is starting from the far left). And for the injury slider I have it set at the default. My viewpoint on the fumble setting is that my ball carriers that have a carry of a 90 fumble the 2 times a game. To me this is a little unrealistic because I made my own guy up and my tackling is a 97. And I tackle ball carriers that have a carry of 50 and slightly above with NO fumbles. I wanted to know what you guys have your settings at and how the game plays stat-wise? Now onto the Injury setting: I think injuries are a part of the NFL however, I was getting to many MAJOR season ending injuries way to often. Guys aren't getting hurt for a few weeks they are getting hurt for for 3 weeks then coming back and then going out for the season. There are to many (IMO) big name guys going down for to long of time from week to week. In one week a team lost 4 player's for 17 weeks. See my point.
