How do you load some ones VIP . Help

I have been going to Quick game and can't find and option. I already loed it but can seem to find the other person VIP.

You have to go to 'Options' -> 'Save/Load' menu first and load up that VIP file. Then you can go to 'Quick Game' and select that VIP file for the opposing team.

There are a few ways, you can go to an optimatch or the leaderboard. Highlight the a player, and click the right analog stick. (might be the left) You will then see the players stats, last 4 games played..etc.. You will also see a box that says push X to save VIP. One you save it to your HD you are all good. Play a game agaisnt a team and use that VIP instead of the coaches for that team. Its a good idea to use the team that VIP user uses.
