New to 2K series, need help w/sliders

Hey everyone,
This is my first non-Madden purchase since Gameday '97 (which I eventually traded in for Madden). I'm playing a franchise with the Broncos on All-Pro default settings. After playing the game for a week I've noticed a lot of dropped balls by myself and the computer, and a high number of INT's thrown by the computer (I throw INT's, but most of mine are mistakes I've made reading defenses, or hitting the wrong button).
I know there is a slider thread on the board, but my question is, whose sliders do you recommend to get the best results? The games are now are pretty competitive on default, but as I've played more games, I'm winning by a larger margin each time. I play 7 minute quarters.

1. put the interception slider at zero (all the way to the left)
2. put human and cpu coverage sliders 5 notches up from the far left.

If you think you and the cpu are droping too many passes, bump up human and cpu catch slider up a few notches. My settings:

My Latest: 1.55 Difficulty Modifier

Human Coverage: 5

CPU Blocking: 35
CPU Running: 35
CPU Passing: 35
CPU Coverage: 5

Interceptions: 0 (zero)

Everything else is set to 20 (all pro default setting)
