Can you spy the QB?

I've played a couple people that run Vick and Leftysandwhich like HBs. I've tried pulling out the LB and CB cams and hitting a player's icon and then Right Trigger for a spy, but it seems no one does.
Are there any plays that allow you to spay the QB?

ARe you guys able to make people spay the QB. I only am asking becuase it doesn't seem like they do when I tell them too.

The player you have spy the QB with has to be playing zone coverage or it won't work. Thats why people are complaining about it not working.

I even tried having him spy in Zone coverage Geist and it still doesn't seem to work. Both times I did that Vick ran and the guy ran the other way to cover a reciever while vick was taking off past the line. =(
I know I'm doing things right since I can make them blitz, play man, etc just fine.

It doesn't work period. The only way to do it is to take control of the player you will use to spy with.

are you guys selecting the LB you want to spy, then hold Left trigger, then clicking on the right thumbstick? Seems to work for me.

No, it says in manual to end the sequence by hitting right trigger, not thumbstick.
