If you go into ESPN.com in your franchise and A click on a rookie, you can edit him. I had a lousy relationship with a Kelly once, so I always remove anyone with that name from the game - a couple of teams have about three of them, and they're all Trey Teague's and John Tait's now... OL names like that. And last year I came up with some excellent ratings for kickers - got them to a point where they would miss 30 yard field goals and even converts! So I edit rookie kicker ratings and arm strength (no one over 89) and stuff.
