He is a better CB than the game gives him credit for. I thought he was cut by the Broncos but he wasnt. He is ahead of Lesuer on the Depth Chart. Lesuer has a rating of 64. So some adjustments are still in progress. If you have Dorsett Davis a DT on the Broncos cut him and sign back Shoate if you cut him before.

Lenny Walls CB Broncos
Speed- 82
Cover- 80
Overall- 72
Walls is better than the 67 rating ESPN gave him. This is the corner that shut down Starvin Marvin in the Broncos/Colts game during the regular season. If not for n injury in camp he would be the #2 CB ahead of Herndon.

Re: The Ultimate Coachmode Experience

So the sliders that you have there are only most effective with the player edits?

Lets say I was to try a game without the player edit would results be decent?

na they work well without the editing but the qb ratings eliminates the int problem and the other stuff really helps to differentiate the different style of play like power running back really run hard. i have been researching this stuff since july 21 because i m strictly coachmode only so it works.

Hehe If I get some time ill go thorugh with all of the player edits..I suppose to only drawback is that when it comes to draft time Its time to hit the player edit drawing board again..Oh well as long as it gives the awsome results I am happy...:-)

Re: The Ultimate Coachmode Experience

Guys I think I have finally hit the jackpot. I dont know if it’s the edits and sliders or just the sliders. But I have perfected this game in coach mode. I m never touching the sliders again. I just had two great games in my franchise. It was just amazing. I had to think like a coach the whole time. Player managament was key because of fatique. I had to utilize timeouts because of fatigue and coverages shown. It was just beautiful.

First game was against the bucs. I was the redskins. The game started with a long 12 play drive by the bucs. Alsott was unstoppable. he was breaking tackles left and right but something I noticed is the tackles he broke was from arm tackles from players like andre lott….whose andre lott? Exactly…because of the fatique I had to sub my bench players in. After the scored I got the ball the defense totally dominated me forcing me to punt. The bucs got the ball back and moved it my 45 then I stopped them on a 3 and 2.it was so awesome that I jumped in awe. Alsott bowled over fred smoot then lavar took his legs and Sean taylor came in for the kill. We got the ball back and president Clinton went loose with little spurts of 2..8…1..-1…then 16 yards. it was like playing chess with the defense. I would run to the outside then I would then run a strong counter. I also had to study the fatique slider because if it was to low, He will get stuffed. I went up 13 to 7 by halftime because my moronic kicker missed an extra point. In the second half, I totally dominated the bucs. I outcoached them in every way. I still couldn’t stop alsott but I shut down their big plays so they started going underneath. I have never seen the QBs act so smart. Maybe it has something to do with the PRC rating. Clint portis went crazy in 4th quarter after an horrible 3th quarter. He was unstoppable. He ended the game with 28 carries 136 yds and 3touchdowns. He got 48 yards because he broke a big run while I was trying to run out the clock I won 39- 13. don’t let the score fool you . I score 21 points in the 4th uarter. 2 of them came after the 2min mark because Clint felt like running into the endzone instead of running out the clock.

My second game was against Giants. As yall know they SUCK. I mean I always destroy them on coach mode. Jim Fassell is a moron. He always abandons the run and he does stupid thing like run outside to lavar’s side. This game I was playing Lombardi. I went up 14 –0 to start the game. Eli manning threw a pick because I kept blitzing the [****] out of him and he finally gave in. Then I got picked of on my 20yards line. It was my fault though. I called a curl play on what looked like a zone blitz. Eli Manning threw a 19 yard touchdown. Momentum is a b*tch cause the next drive, the supposedly bad Gmen defense sacked me twice. The crowd was in the game. I punted the ball back to them and on the first play of the drive. Eli manning threw a perfect pass on a post route for a 47 touchdown. I watched the replay over and over and it looked like Fred smoot played the pass perfectly but the pass was too perfect. 14- 14 at halftime. I had to change my gameplan. I decided to go all Clint portis in the second half and chill on the blitzing because Eli is killing me. By the end of the 3rd, the Gmen were up 21-17 because of tiki Barber’s running. I couldnt stop him he had quick bursts of five yards. They were just nickel and diming me. My dumb *** kicker missed a cheapy and made a 51yarder…WTF. In the 4th, President Clinton went loose. He just went mad. He had like 50 yards on 9 carries. I went up 24-21 with 4 minutes to go and I had the ball. I kept running it until I got greedy and went for the playaction. I got picked off and the Gmen drove it down the field scored on the most painful 2 min drill ever. Eli manning was unstoppable. All his passes was Peyton like. He scored on third and goal on the one. A playaction flagroute to toomer over tiny smoot.

In conclusion, I got beat by the freakin giants and that says a lot. I didn’t feel cheated just outcoached. Im never touching sliders again because im finally contempt.

Re: The Ultimate Coachmode Experience

I'm glad your sliders are working out for you, I've been reading some of your postings for sometime now, since last year actually and they were pretty good . My sliders are somewhat simular to yours with a few differences here and there but overall very, very close.

In any case I'm wondering just how you came up with the number settings for the edits you've mentioned in your post, is there any base or foundation you started from?

I'm considering such a move if I can verify it to actually work, and from your findings they sound like what I've been waiting for, a true and proven edtit system that fair and universal.

Holla Back ya'll
